Finally!
We had a house showing today, apparently it was an investor and he wants to buy the house! Which is awesome on so many levels. Why? Cause we don't have to move out ASAP, we have May and June in addition...we'd be paying him rent for June. Then we can find a temp place to stay until the new house is built. Then! We get to move into the new house!
